Historic Motor Museum Mint - Failure to send correct model [twice]!

I ordered the 1941 Plymouth Highway Patrol Car from a four page leaflet [source code AETP1107] in November 2010.My cheque for fourteen pounds ninety five pence was duely sent and promptly cashed.

Several weeks later i received a parcel containing the wrong model. I telephoned The Historic Motor Museum Mint and was told this model [a Peugeot] was sent as a replacement for the Plymouth Highway Car which was now out of stock. It was a pity your organisation did not go to the trouble to explain this when sending the alternative model as there were no details included in the box.

I was told by the telephonist if i returned the Peugeot then i would receive a full refund, however, i explained that i would be happy to keep the car [its a nice model] as long as i was kept informed of any fresh supplies of stock regarding Plymouth Highway Patrol Car.The lady informed me that said model would likely become available January / February 2012, it was agreed that i send a new cheque for fourteen pounds ninety five pence [i was told that there would be no need to include postage this time] and, when the model i or
